I'd say Cat Island is definitely worth a visit...

It's one of my favorite spots, largely due to the fact that it is a bit out of the way, and is less visited... you have to watch the weather carefully there, however, not many good hidey-holes from a frontal passage, though one can always run for Hawk's Nest Marina if it's gonna be a big one...
Fernandez Bay is a nice spot, but the one thing you don't want to miss is a visit up to The Hermitage in New Bight, a very special place...
