I'm old tech and would try to use a drill and metal hack saw blade.

There are various configurations of metal cutting hand saws that could work. A drill and a centerpunch could give perfect radiused to the corners. Finish with files for a perfect job. Sometimes hand tools are easier and result in a better finish.

- Router with a guide and a carbide end mill.
