I used a Dremel prepping for my Tides Marine track

I used it to grind out the TM track, not the aluminum. It worked well for that.

- How about a pneumatic cutoff tool?
- I'm old tech and would try to use a drill and metal hack saw blade.
- Use a router, but make a jig so it CAN NOT get out of control
- Router with a guide and a carbide end mill.
- You can get an attachment for a Dremel
