Dan, were you using ceramic or fiberglass cutoff wheels?

The ceramic ones wear down really fast or just snap off. The fiberglass ones are much more durable.

- I'm old tech and would try to use a drill and metal hack saw blade.
- Use a router, but make a jig so it CAN NOT get out of control
- Router with a guide and a carbide end mill.
- You can get an attachment for a Dremel
