() Although you did remind me that dremel has some nice cut off wheels for their tools that cut through stuff like aluminum like a hot knife through butter. I had forgotten about those cut off wheels.

- I'm old tech and would try to use a drill and metal hack saw blade.
- Use a router, but make a jig so it CAN NOT get out of control
- Router with a guide and a carbide end mill.
- You can get an attachment for a Dremel
