You can get an attachment for a Dremel

that turns it into a mini router. Use carbide bits. Much easier to control than a big router

- I'm old tech and would try to use a drill and metal hack saw blade.
- Use a router, but make a jig so it CAN NOT get out of control
- Router with a guide and a carbide end mill.
