Just got a call from a friend on the East Coast. Her vessel, 'French Kiss' a Benateau Sense 50 was just lost on the jetty at Fort Pierce. A captain and crew were taking it south for a one year Caribbean cruise. The owner wasn't aboard and is completely shocked that it happened. A complete loss.

How does that happen? Fort Pierce is one of the easiest inlets there is. The Admiral is talking to her at the moment so I'll know more later.
