The 'Dock & Go' failure even froze the anchor from dropping.

I don't know much about 'dock & Go' but apparently it's tied into a number of systems. They couldn't even drop the anchor or shut down the engine. They tried to sail but the wind was from the wrong direction and the engine was pushing them sideways giving them no steering. It was a runaway boat with the malfunctioning computer in control of all engine systems.
