This seasonal commissioning - not something we do in the west...

() new to me in the east and what a pain in the **s. Added to that is winterizing. The things you guys go through for a 3 month sailing season! Out west I would haul the boat once every other year to paint the bottom, otherwise it never comes out and the rig never comes down (you can skip to 3 years if you are lazy). For a 12 month sailing season - 8 of 'em pretty good too.
