Here in Texas recently, the powers in Austin wanted to shut down the flow down the Colorado, so the folks up there

water lawns., Never mind that it would destroy the marine fishing industry on Matagorda Bay. Over the last five years, on the average, South Texas is one entire years worth of rain short. Lake Travis, up just above Austin is 58 feet low. Was 60, but they got a bit of rain.
