No, I think they still use TBT. The test 
In Response To: I had understood the navy can and does still use TBT? Have they switched to Copper now? Been out of touch ()
that "they" ran included everything bad that has ever been dumped into the basin. Calif. banned TBT years ago on yachts but it's still around in the sediment. Now "they" are going after copper as well. They even have an approved way the divers have to clean the boats. No plume around the boat what so ever. Try to clean an ablative plaint without a plume. It's getting harder and harder to own a boat in San Diego.
