But two different controllers giving the same error? ... and at first onset -- intermittent? Got to be wires or motor, as everything else has been changed. Does the controller deliver less voltage or short pulses that might be different than a direct hardwire voltage test?

- It sounds like it might be a rudder feed back issue to me.
