An article a couple years old(they must re-post on facebook) and Fatty was lamenting having a worn out jib and no money to buy another. In fact he seemed so broke in the article, it was depressing! And the irony in all this is I think he's a regular sailing contributing writer.

For me it really displayed the crux of what has happened to print media. Many in publishing work harder, today, for less money. But it also displays that CW has both sides of the financial spectrum of cruising sailors, well covered! And that is probably why they have been able to stay afloat, which is a feat in itself(as Rich mentions)
