In Response To: Wanted: The Worlds Greatest Sails.

() Sail Newport to BVI running wing on wing for two days 10-12 knots steady wind directly aft..in a 62' Sloop..Alerre..cut a day off our usual trip time for a delivery..fun ride..didn't have to touch the sails for two days. perfect weather sunny, warm, and rolling swells.
The other perfect sail rounding Cape Horn East to West..real seamanship required.
