You can go in just past the point of Great Spruce. It does shoal quickly. I anchor at a spot just opposite a lone mountain ash tree on Great Spruce. 6 ft low doesn't extend in as far as chart shows. Depends on low tide range as well. I draw 4'3" board up but my Pilot drew 5' and I had no problems. There is only room for one boat. I have grounded at low a couple of times but the bottom is sand. If Bunker Cove is occupied I usually go to Lakeman.
