• Anyone use a winch as a turning block?

        • I see, you are talking about a control line traveler.
          • The traveler is independent.
            • That's why they travel. Yep.
            • A traveler with bearings wouldn't fit on this track. Just flat steel mounted on a wood riser.

  • On a smaller boat, used to use the lee winch like that and lead across cockpit to weather side
  • Cross sheeting.
    • Or at LEAST analyse it
