In 1999, we replaced the alcohol stove/oven with a three burner Princess with oven/broiler. At the time, the cost was about 75% of the equivalent Force 10 and in direct comparison I simply did not see the benefit of spending the extra money for a Force 10. In ten years, during which the first five or six of that it was used weekly, it has been a superb performer.
One thing we did was get an aluminum griddle that fits across the front two burners so I can do big breakfasts for the crew. Because of the size constraints, I had to cut a semi circle out of the griddle to use the 3rd burner for coffee fiends to get their fix.
The only quibble I have had with it is that the knob to turn the piezo igniter is on the left side with a right hand twist. I'm left handed and even being left handed, the right hand twist on the left side is difficult. So, I twist and hold the burner knob with my left hand and do the piezo with a cross under of the right hand. Goofy as hell, but the piezo knob is a stiff turn and it just works better that way.
