I bought a 2 Burner no broiler in the mid-90's, loved the stove, never had any problems what so ever, even after a wave landed on it, that's another story.

Then around 2002 installed the same 2 burner/oven on a charter boat I ran, it gave us problems from day one, lighters never worked right, oven didn't heat up very much at all. Yes they sent us new lighter mechanism but it was at the time with our schedule too much work to replace and easier to use an independant lighter. I figured the oven problem was a change in burner size to a smaller BTU unit. Never solved that problem while I was on the boat.

So I am a little leary of the Force 10 stoves, would like to think another one will work better than the old stove I have but...

Some years ago there was a nice SS stove being imported from New Zealand, I've lost track of the name and importer, if any one knows it and a web site I'd like to look it up. Otherwise it looks like boat show shopping in Miami in Feb. to see and touch what is on the market.
