Bought a new force 10 for our last boat and used it daily for about four years. The 2 burner stove oven with broiler was bought new in 2000.

Problems:

1/ Immediately the ceramic broiler element started to disintegrate and sprinkle our food with crunchy bits of ceramic. Force 10 sent a new one at no charge took a whole day to extract the old one and install the new; New one had same problem, so we gave up and lived with it after that.

2/ Force 10 optional wood Cutting board top looked nice for about a month then warped so badly it was useless.

3/ Cast iron Burners rusted badly once we were in salt water. I think the new ones are brass.

4/ Lots of rusty bits non stainless.

It did continue to work with a little help, but I would want to be sure that those problems were fixed before buying a new one.

New boat has a 30 year old ENO that seems to work perfectly.
