For those dimensions .... probably best to buy teak deck straking from such as TDS, etc.

..... and then mill it to your finished dimensions. They probably will have such lengths that you wont have to do any 'joins' but anything that long will have to be shipped via motor freight and that gets expensive .... and 'fragile' isnt in a truckers lexicon.
