Now if you're REALLY concerned about stress

... leave the hull in the water so it can be evenly supported. Everyone knows stands put high point loads on hulls.
Stress goes with the job. Rigging is designed for that, but hulls aren't designed for high point loads and the stresses of being suspended between load points. And if REALLY concerned NEVER truck your boat.
