Then have to save it as a web archive or print it to pdf? I think NOAA publishes a printed book covering the whole mid Atlantic coast in tabular form. They should also let me download it.

but then you have to click down into each prediction to get the tabular data. The references are JS generated for their convenience. Again, you either have to be connected or essentially copy the whole site to local. The references look like this:
If you only needed a couple (and knew which) it wouldn't be hard. But I don't know where anything is, and don't know where I am going so I wanted to have all of it to reference as I figured out what I was doing.
