I saw this in 2006 at the dock in Connanicut marina and Jamestown RI. The whole boat is C-F and the wood finish is a very thin veneer. The fellow who was cleaning the boat said it was made in Europe, but I forgot the details.

The center console was a beautifully done clear-finish black C-F molded laminate component. Note also the C-F tiller stick.
