But where climate is agreeable enough year round, that is a problem. In fact, it was THE problem in some places we visited down south decades ago. There were "shanty boats" in many prime anchorages that were really just thrown together rafts.

It's a fine line though for us as sailors. I want my right to sail the coast and anchor where I want not to ever be jeopardized.
