() That is just not the case. The owner lived aboard her, and indeed tended her, each summer after she arrived. He had the boat docked at a hotel marina during the winters - and periodically tendered to her - before this past winter. Since you say it is a legal matter, I would be willing to testify to the fact that it is simply untrue that she hasn't been tended to since she arrived in the harbor.
