Drake is the skipper of a Westsail 42 and responded to a pan pan from Cha Cha in 2009. He documented his entire trip to bermuda on video. When you listen to the story on the tow and the damage Drake received to his vessel with no Compensation from Cha Cha its hard to feel sorry for the owner of Cha Cha who doesnt seem to responsible.
