and, as your pic shows, it's clearly above the waterline. The topsides were damaged in a collision. Cosmetic damage, and it would be time-consuming and costly to repair, but there's more of a danger of you getting struck by lightning while in a 7-11 than 'Cha-Cha' sinking from that. Moreover, the Harbormaster's Office is well aware of the extent of the damage to the boat. Like I said before, Newport is a pretty small - and gossipy - town.
