CHA CHA isn't listed as a US Flagged Vessel

Why do you assume that it is? Why else would the Coast Guard have supposedly allowed it that "temporary" anchorage?
If you don't believe me, you can go to the website and search yourself -- as they say, "Only one Cha Cha, and she's not it."
