she IS an impressive boat

() I've been aboard her and examined her up close. But, to say she is a 'project boat' is a huge understatement. She's perfectly watertight and isn't going anywhere with her ground tackle, but she's in no condition to sail ... or motor. Big $ and mega-time investment to make her right. Basically, she's a comfortable house boat now. Certainly not for me!
