In Response To: So what does this say to the rest of us? ()
The Harbormaster's office, by their own admission, don't know what's up with the owner. For all they, or we, know the owner could be hospitalized or attending to urgent family business or (pick any one of several other legitimate reasons). If they had just waited a while longer I'm sure they would have found out what the story is.
