Actually, I haven't chexked the continity of the

bonding wire loom sense it was install new during the insurance refit. This discussion has charged me up a bit and being hauled out right now, the Condo remodel just completed(carpet went in the day before yesterday and final pieces of furniture delivered yesterday), I'll have some time to start this kind of digging around.
