I'm surprised this hasn't been posted, it's going to be great fun.

Ben reported the NOAA news; stopping printing. But he also posted the Newsletter from Active Captain as it is very relevent.
In the AC newsletter, the owner presents the opposite extreme to the argument, 'electronic charting adds danger to sailing', an argument we've heard here.
The Newsletter is titled, "The second most dangerous thing onboard", can you guess what, "it", is?
