No. "It" is paper charts, "The second most dangerous thing onboard"

Now that we have all been blessed with the availability of Active Captain, I'm surprised he's not arguing...
We have electric winches and even I wouldn't be without a winch handle

I've always been amazed how accurate DR can be
I purposely did a DED reconing course out of Marina Del Rey.

I like the AC addition on the Blue Chart app.
As it is on the highway, the "most dangerous thing" is probably the nut behind the wheel.
