With one exception - Dangerous? Really? I don't think that, and don't even understand how anyone could think that. Is a sextant "dangerous" because it doesn't provide the resolution or immediacy of GPS?
While I defend the point of electronic charts and charting and their superiority over paper, I don't go after anyone who has paper charts. To do so, one would also need to attack those who don't have the most up-to-date electronics, or have electronics that don't have the advanced feature of another. That is just silly.
