Hi Steve,

That light lime-colored line is just a purchase to tension the furler in the stowed position at the rail... The furling line has been disconnected from the drum, as it leads aft along the port side. It would make a bit more sense to stow the furler to port, as well, but I have my spinnaker pole stored on deck along that side as well, so it works a bit better taking it off to starboard, instead...
