rigs. Here's what I would have to remove to get mine removed. I would have to un-lace and remove the leather cover around the mast inside the boat. Remove the wires at the bottom of the mast, electrical, Radar, VHF and instrumentation. I would have to remove the mainsail, staysail, headsail and the boom, the mechanical boom vang and both preventers the sail stack pac cover, lazy jacks and main sheet. I would have to remove the cover and Bimini and frame, the electrical wiring for both sets of solar panels and wiring for the overhead light and the wire for the alternate Garman chart plotter station. I would have to remove both sets of solar panels then the dinghy davit support cables. Now I would have to remove both fixed running backs, both twin back stays, the forward and aft lowers the baby stay and the forestay and both uppers. Now I would have to knock out the blocks after removing the Sunbrella cover and mast boot. The solar panels and Bimini are all integrated into the mix by the specialty pins that hold the twin back stays. The pins hold the backstays but are longer then usual and are tapped for 1/4 20 bolts that hold the two supports for the Bimini up off of the teak. The supports run parallel to the back stays so don't interfere with the winch grinding handles. You can see why it would be an all day job and I probably missed a few things. Lot of work.
