Here is Tortuga after being moved outside today so I can work on it...

() It was sandwiched in between a couple of million+ dollar Hinckey jet boats in the storage building and they didn't want me sanding and painting in there.
Last Fall I completely removed the cabin house and built the new one you see in the picture. That was an 10 week job. I do 100% of the work on my boats with the exception of haul/launch and running the crane to step the spars on my sailboat. I am retired too and my boats are my job.
