because of a pigeon problem in the shed. What a mess! They leave the doors off the building in the summer and a flock of pigeons were roosting in the beams. I complained and they removed them (don't ask). After all the boats were in then it wasn't an issue. some of the owners have plastic draping but I never did and it was fine......

The yard has three sheds. The one that I was in is pretty clean, a bit dusty but not bad. If you have the choice I think it is the better of the buildings, the office is in one corner and a bit of heat comes from there, it has a concrete floor, and decent lighting, electrical outlets along the walls, (most of them work), and a water source in non freezing weather. It is the long building in the middle.

I suspect that with our move to Belfast (hopefully) that I will be @ a yard closer to there next winter, or on our way south......
