don't sit well with my skin. Be mighty uncomfy on the feet!!

For edge breaking, heheheheh, I have sanding blocks with 3/8" thick felt bases that I made years ago which in fact I use for a lot of flat hand sanding as well. But a light touch with 150 grit on a soft pad makes a nice edge..for me.

Here again, I'd soften the edge just a taste, your mileage may vary. Will you caulk proud or level, what effect might shrinkage have on your caulk material. Those are things a guy might like to ponder.
