2 years ago we spent a year living aboard in the Bay Area of Calif. We paid less than $500 a month, and plenty of folks were looking to being afloat and tied to the dock as a way to make ends meet. Right now in Mexico our 34' double ender is on the small end of the fleet.

- Let's not forget that the sailing mags all push "BIGGER" Can't live on something under 40-45 feet!!
- Now performance - driving the new cheese wedge shaped hull - is making sailboats bigger, still.
