You know, funny you mention "Ouzo" --I remember that very sad accident from a few years ago

Yacht Ouzo (I remember the name very clearly) run down by a ferry off the south coast of England at night...all hands lost, yacht was never found. Led to a lot discussion about radar reflectors and collision avoidance.
I wasn't aware of the official accident report. Certainly is chilling reading. http://www.maib.gov.uk/publications/investigation_reports/2007/ouzo.cfm
And one more thing to be thankful for today, how our safety at sea depends not only on us but on others too.
