It still isn;t as bad as recent laws in Turkey - they now require
holding of grey water. And, all holding cannot be dumped in Turkish waters
so its 12 miles, not 3. Lots of issues being hashed out and facilities
are setting up supposedly. Looks like Turkey might get passed by.
