Not sure what can be inspected and have not seen any. We do have many shore facilities and pumpout boats. Where you might check in and out, (they do this at Block?) they can put a seal on your head seacock or dye in your holding tank. But what's to see in a boat that shows whether you are following the rules? Perhaps a log book of pumpouts, also listing overboard discharges and GPS tracks?
