() Baloney in a place like Penobscot Bay. Don't you have tides and a great big ocean right next to you? Knee-jerk response by politicians buffing their eco images while they douse their lawns with chemicals.
Ridiculous inconvenience for using your convenience, especially when, as Al points out, it's been illegal to discharge untreated sewage for 40 years.
Shall I go on?
