I was almost expecting it though. We stayed a few days and a pump out boat was easy to connect without moving so we made use of it. We also swam right off the boat so appreciated seeing the pump out boat being used.

I suppose the NDZ gives local authorities a bit more incentive to enforce the law, if they want to. That is, if they have an easily accessible pump out facility.
