at least I don't think it does... as I have to pay the yard for the time I can't work on the boat too.
With the annual layup situation of the east coast, you have 1/2 a year or so to do such work.
As I have to pay for layup time... I pay... and either they do it quickly or I do it slowly and pay more. Yeah, I think that cinches it... I get them to do it, as I they have me by the short hairs.
