thru hulls... mushroom head, with ball valves. A couple are 1 1/2 inch and the rest are 1/2 inch. Thru hulls and valves were included.

During the survey, the surveyor pointed to one and stated that it was showing signs of corrosion... the rest appeared OK. However, since I am hauling for one, makes sense to change them all.

They all function, all the valves work and "feel" good.

Bottom line, I am going to the yard, and want to maximize the work done in that one session. I am considering a paint job too as the last bottom paint was 2 years ago.

As far as the price... I see the 1-1/2 Groco bronze thru hull is going for just under $30 at Defender. I don't have Groco valves... but something more like the Apollo type valves.

Bottom line I need to ensure that the yard is quoting me based on the same materials. Thanks for the reminder.
