So there are moorings "outside" the tiny harbor?

Good that you checked the pendant at midnight! I usually do before going to sleep and again if to wake up during the night (wchi is not unusual). Pics of the three (call it two) strand and the wire might have been interesting. The pendant had both or you looped your own nylon through the wire? Amazing what could happen while we are sleeping!
