Planned for effectively not going out on the foredeck in the design.

It's why I have the huge forehatch from which to work the anchor chain and mooring lines which will all be within reach. Or so it says in my mind, time will tell. As you can see from the pic it has been in my consideration as a gimpy geezer.

I dropped the outboard notch cutout a couple more inches as the water intake came just about an inch out of the water when I was in the 'anchor working' position. Otherwise, very, and I mean very stable. The boat will have moveable ballast in the form of fifty pound lead pigs as needed. In this photo, I have a hundred pounds in the anchor locker, a hundred and fifty pounds amidships more or less, plus of course the about 115 lb XL shaft motor. The anchor and chain when installed will be around the hundred pound mark more or less.
