is what I'm looking for.
Any system to through bolt wood requires at least plugging the fastener and you have a pain in the neck to remove. I think that's why handrails cause damage on some boats(like mine) as small leaks are ignored.
I haven't seen a good idea of through bolting that would remove easily, yet. I see fasteners sticking, turning inside the wood.
